Monthly Subscriptions
Refund requests submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Annual Subscriptions
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase if they are not satisfied with the Service.
Renewals
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically generate a refund for previous charges.
